Learn About Us
Leap Empowerment for Sustainability Initiative (LEAPESI) is a community-rooted NGO dedicated to empowering young people through digital and non-digital skills development, leadership training, and mentorship. We work to equip youth with practical tools that improve their employability, inspire innovation, and enable them to meaningfully contribute to their communities. Our programs focus on digital literacy, vocational training, entrepreneurship development, personal growth, and youth leadership. We also support girls and young women by providing safe spaces for learning, mentorship, and skill-building—ensuring they have equal opportunities to thrive. Beyond training, we engage communities, schools, and key stakeholders to foster supportive environments where young people can succeed. Our strength lies in having the right team for the task. LEAPESI is led by experienced program coordinators, skilled trainers, digital experts, community mobilizers, and mentors who understand the unique challenges faced by youth in underserved communities. Their lived experience, technical expertise, and commitment to service enable us to design impactful, culturally relevant, and sustainable interventions. At LEAPESI, we believe that when young people are empowered with knowledge, skills, and confidence, they become catalysts for positive change. Our mission is to unlock their potential and support them in building a future filled with purpose, opportunity, and dignity.
